Squash Sporcularının Yaralanmaya Maruz Kalma Durumlarının İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, squash branşında meydana gelen yaralanmaların tespit edilmesi, sağlık kontrollerinden geçip geçmedikleri ve sağlık personelinin yeterli olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini, 2018 yılında Üniversitelerarası Squash Türkiye Şampiyonası’na katılan toplam 40 sporcu oluşturmuştur. Karşılaşılan yaralanmalar ile ilgili verilerin toplanmasında “Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizlerinde SPSS 20 paket programı kullanılmış ve bu veriler; frekans analizi, tanımlayıcı istatistik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcı sporcuların %95’inin sağlık kontrolünden geçtiği, %90’ının spor yaralanmasına maruz kaldığı ve bu yaralanmaların %80,55’ünde ise sağlık personelinin bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Tespit edilen yaralanmalar sıralandığında; en çok baş-yüz (%19,33), kalça-karın (%18,78), dirsek-kol (%14,9) ve diz (%13,25) bölgesinde olduğu görülmüştür.
