Abstract

EDITORIAL We are together with the third issue, the first issue of 2016. There has been some important changes in our Journal, especially regarding licensing and plagiarism policies. The papers published and distributed in our Journal are licensed under Creative Common 4.0. We will be using iThenticate, Plagiarism Detection Software, before we publish all manuscripts online. In addition, I would like that all members and authors update the data and information of all concerned who operate our journal web page (http://www.dergipark.ulakbim.gov.tr/ijoks ). The contents in this number of our journal are as follows: First, there is a study under the title of “A Survey on Loanwords from English to Kurdish” by Rebin Abdulqader Azeez and Hawkar Akram Awla Hamamorad. Second, there is a study under the title of “Di Çarçoveya Bîra Civakî Ya Kurdan De Têkiliya Bûyerên Dîroka Nêzîk û Kilamên Dengbêjan (In the framework of the memory of the Kurdish community Dengbêjs’ songs about the recent events)” by Tekin Çiftçi. Third, there is a translation study under the title of “Kürtçe İsim Tamlamasının Yapısı (The Structure of the Kurdish Noun Phrase)” by Hasan Karacan and M. Veysi Babayiğit. Fourth, there is a study under the title of “Di Çarçoveya Teoriya Performansê De Nirxandina Vegotinên Gelêrî (An Evaluation of Folk-narratives in the Frame of Performance Theory)” by Necat Keskin. Fifth, there is a study under the title of “Курды Казахстана и Средней Азии” (Kurds of Kazakhstan and Central Asia)” by Knyaz İbrahim Mirzoev. Sixth, there is a study under the title of “Pirsgirêkên Beşa Ziman û Edebiyata Kurdî Di Zanîngehên Tirkiyeyê De (The Problems of Kurdish Language and Literature Departments in Turkey) by Nesim Sönmez. Seventh is a study of book review by Ahmet Kırkan who introduces “Kurmancca ile Karşılaştırmalı Kırmancca (Zazaca) Dilbilgisi (The comparison of Kurmanci and Zazaki Grammar).
