Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

The frequent ways of violating the academic ethical rules:
• Copyright infringement
• Plagiarism
• Fabrication
• Multiple of divided publication
• Disrespect of human-animal ethics
• Partial choice of resources
• Making publications with an eye to relation based on benefits

The authors whose academic articles take place in HEFAD are accepted to admit that;
• they have acquired the whole information in their studies in consideration of ethical conduct and academic rules,
• they have made full citation of any information, knowledge and finding that does not belong to them,
• they have declared the percentage of their contribution to the article penned by more than one writer,
• they have stated the information and documents related to permission for the studies that require ethical board permission,
• their studies do not contain any potential conflict of benefit,
• they have reported the information and documents of the institutions from which they have received financial support, if any.

Any legal liability belongs to the author if the above items that have been accepted and stated by the author(s) turn out to be otherwise.

Ethical Board Permission and TUBITAK Ulakbim TR Dizin (Index) Rules:
It is desirable and important that all authors should obey the following subjects within the scope of rules related to Ethical principles announced by TR Dizin (Index) in 2020.
The studies that require ethical permission are given below:
• All types of studies conducted with qualitative or quantitative approaches that require collecting data from the participants by using surveys, questionnaires, focus group studies, experiments, and interviews,
• The use of humans and animals for experimental or other scientific purposes,
• Clinical researches made on humans,
• Researches made on animals,
• Retrospective studies in accordance with the protection of personal data,
Also;
• “Informed consent form” should be taken and reported in case reports.
• Permission should be taken from the owners of scales, questionnaires and photographs so as to use them.
• Authors should state that they have obeyed the copyright regulations for the literary and artistic works.

If the studies that require Ethical Board permission and obey the above conditions and rules for it are sent to Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University Edebiyat Fakültesi Dergisi, it is necessary that the Ethical Board permission documents that are taken should be provided to the journal.
